Product profile

The filtering system requires high performance reactor. The reactor is connected with the capacitor in series, so the reactor must be able to withstand the power consumption generated from fundamental current and harmonic current. The temperature of the reactor will not exceed the temperature range of the insulating material under conventional environment conditions.

 

Moreover, the reactor shall have high inductive reactance precision and sufficient linearity to withstand the capacitor switching without causing great grid harmonic distortion or saturation. Other factors, such as overvoltage, short-level level and BIL must be considered for the medium voltage reactor.

Temperature monitoring/ optional
A temperature monitoring sensor with secondary nose (normally closed or normally open), thermistor or PTC sensor is placed in the iron core of the medium pressure reactor.
 
 
Mechanical design characteristics
The medium pressure reactor is equipped with the lifting pendant and provides optional CKD mode. This type of reactor is installed in the mounting rack of rubber or metal device (standard characteristic). The reactor terminals are connected at one side or both sides of the reactor. If required, the supporting insulator at the top of the reactor can be used to fix the copper busbar terminal.
