Product profile

The arc protection system can protect the operators from harm and reduce the property loss degree in case of arc fault in the switch cabinet. The arc light bursts at the speed of 300m/s and destroys any substance in the way. Arc light will always exist as long as uninterruptible power of the system. To minimize the harm of the arc light, we need a safe, rapid and effective semiconductor arc protection system. Arc light can reach 3m quickly within 10ms in the switch cabinet drawer, so the time is the main factor to minimize the losses. Bogmating arc protection system needs an extremely short time to output the trip signal and can protect the safety of the operators even during installation or maintenance.

 
 
Bogmating arc protection system controls the system functions by means of advanced processor technology, which enables the arc protection system function programming to match different running modes of the switch cabinet. The semiconductor technology (silicon-controlled switch) used in the trip circuit ensures that the power supply switch in the switch cabinet can obtain the trip signal at the minimum time delay. If the arc light is detected in the main control unit or the arc unit of Bogmating arc protection system and the current setting value of the current cell is exceeded, the trip signal of the arc protection system will reach the power supply switch with an extremely short time.
 
 
 
The information of the current can be directly taken from the safe current loop. In this case, the arc protection system can obtain the overcurrent information as soon as possible. If the light signal exceeds the light set value or the current signal exceeds the current set value occasionally, the system will neither output the trip signal nor make a record in the trip circuit, but the alarm signal will be displayed on the main control unit. Normal working of the system in the mode as desired by the user shall be considered in programming. The optical fiber technology is used to transmit the trip signal to the main control unit, ensuring perfect functions of the arc protection system with strong antijamming capability. The trip signal can be rapidly output to the circuit breaker.
