Distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system
 
System overview
With high measurement accuracy, high sensitivity and precision positioning, this system can achieve continuous temperature measurement along dozens of kilometers of optical fiber and is very suitable for fire detection of linear space structure without leaking any point, greatly reducing the probability of false positives and false negatives. In case of fire, this system can capture the fire within the shortest time and link with other fire alarm equipment to protect safe operation of the monitored equipment.
 
 
System composition
The system is composed of the optical fiber temperature measurement host DTS and temperature sensing optical cable. The optical fiber temperature measurement host DTS is located in the control room. Only the temperature sensing optical cable shall be laid and then connected to the optical fiber temperature measurement host. Meanwhile, the optical fiber temperature measurement host is connected with the fire alarm controller through the relay output module, transmits the fire signal to the fire alarm controller and achieves linkage with other firefighting systems. The system can also transmit the alarm information to the remote control center via the network.

Temperature sensing optical cable
1) General temperature sensing optical cable
Apply to the environment with high requirements for optical fiber damage resistance, such as field tunnel, high voltage cable and cable trench, bridge, building, oil well and pipeline. Pressure, tension, corrosion, rats, aging and other factors shall be considered generally in such environment.
The double-layer stainless steel armor construction can be used to meet the requirements of such environment.
