Introduction to the scheme

The low voltage static power factor correction solution is mainly achieved by BGMD-MCR static filter compensation components, which is composed of the harmonic adjustment reactor and power capacitor. The reactance ratio of the harmonic adjustment reactor is optional between 5% and 14% and the controller is selected from BGMD-FR12-J series.
 
 
The filter compensation components can be classified into those with reactance ratio 7% and 14% according to the system characteristics and compensation requirements.
 
MCR filter compensation component series with the reactance ratio of 7% and tuning frequency of 189Hz can effectively suppress the harmonic pollutions for 5 times and above while providing reliable reactive compensation.
MCR filter compensation component series with the reactance ratio of 14% and tuning frequency of 134Hz can effectively suppress the harmonic pollutions for 3 times and above while providing reliable reactive compensation.

Application scenarios

With the contactor as the switching component, this solution is mainly used in the power distribution system with small load fluctuations.
 
 
Compensation effect
The stable and reliable compensation system can meet the reactive compensation requirements in static conditions. Due to the use of the contactor with mechanical contact as the switching switch, there is certain surge and impact at the moment of switching.
