Product profile

As an integrated intelligent product integrating the optimal control technology and comprehensive product with the low voltage power self-healing capacitor (triangular or start type connection) as the subject and the intelligent synchronous switch as the switching component by means of advanced technology and process based on urgent needs of power industry development, BGMD-AC intelligent power capacitor can achieve rapid assembly, disassembly, maintenance and other operation of the product.

 

The intelligent capacitor is classified into joint compensation and split compensation, so as to conveniently achieve joint compensation, phase-splitting compensation and hybrid compensation of reactive power. With the box-type structural design, the product can achieve on-site compensation separately, centralized installation compensation or online power distribution box compensation. Extremely concise structural design can meet compensation application requirements of different scenarios and eliminate tedious installation wiring, difficult maintenance and other disadvantages of traditional products.

 Small and miniature current sampling transformers

The miniature transformer with high linearity, good frequency characteristics and small phase difference is adopted for current sampling in each phase of the capacitor to ensure precision and stability of current, power measurement and current protection.

  Quick breaker

The miniature circuit breaker is used as the quick breaker, disconnected within 100ms at 10 times rated current, used for total protection of current switching to avoid higher-level switch trip and used as the electrical connection terminal and battery main switch.

  Synchronous zero-cross-switching switch

This switch can achieve zero-cross-switching requirements, avoiding large switching heat productivity and other defects of the semiconductor switching switch.

  Low-voltage power capacitor

The self-healing low-voltage parallel compensation capacitor is used as the low-voltage power capacitor in the product. Gradual thickened aluminum-zinc metalized polypropylene film is used as the dielectric medium in the capacitor and internally installed with the temperature sensor and reaction capacitor to achieve overtemperature protection for heat productivity in the capacitor in case of overvoltage, over-harmonics, excessive leakage current and excessive environment temperature.

It has the following advantages:
